  • Origins of Vietnamese Qigong Meditation:
    Vietnamese Qigong meditation is a system developed over thousands of years by Buddhist monks, Daoist masters, and martial artists. It focuses on regulating internal energy (Qi) to enhance health and internal strength, harmonizing the body’s energy pathways, and cultivating awareness.

Yoga, originating from India, combines breathing, meditation, and postures to balance body and mind. It became widely popular in the 20th century, emphasizing asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathwork) while retaining its philosophical roots.

  • Method of Vietnamese Qigong Meditation:
    Vietnamese Qigong meditation emphasizes breath control and directing energy through meridians, combining slow movements to balance energy, improve vitality, and attain mental serenity.

Yoga emphasizes muscle stretching, balance, and flexibility through asanas paired with deep breathing, known as the Path of Mind Control and Pure Love.

  • Goals of Qigong Meditation:
    Vietnamese Qigong meditation primarily aims to improve overall health, enhance internal energy, promote self-healing, and achieve unity and self-awareness.

Yoga aims to improve health, mental balance, consciousness, and inner peace.
